PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Mr. Shoucair has been a mediator with Fraxedas
Mediation Firm since 2003. He mediates a broad range
of general civil and personal injury matters as well as
business and insurance disputes. Mr. Shoucair has
significant experience in claims involving medical
negligence, nursing home liability, personal injury and
wrongful death. His experience with litigating these
matters on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants has
given him a unique perspective in assisting parties in the
resolution of their disputes at mediation. Mr. Shoucair’s
degree in accounting has also been an asset to parties
mediating commercial and business disputes.
