PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Ms. SanGermain has been a mediator with Fraxedas
Mediation Firm since 1999. Her practice has been
limited to mediation and alternative dispute resolution
since 1996. She sat as a mediator/arbitrator for the
Collins Center for Public Policy, the U.S. Postal Service
REDRESS program and as a panel mediator for EEOC.
A frequent lecturer on Mediation Advocacy, her
experience encompasses all aspects of Civil Litigation,
including Family Law issues. She is a graduate of the
Key Bridge Foundation’s Mediation Training Program
(sponsored by the U.S. Department of Justice) where she
mediates issues involving the Americans with
Disabilities Act. She maintained an active trial practice
for ten years, before making the transition into ADR. As
a litigator, she represented both plaintiffs and defendants
in both state and federal courts. Her practice included all
phases of insurance litigation, personal injury litigation,
products liability, complex tort litigation, civil rights
litigation, employment litigation, commercial litigation
and professional negligence.
