PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Prior to joining Fraxedas Mediation Firm, Mr. Colling spent nearly
20 years as a trial lawyer in Central Florida, litigating a variety
of civil cases, including personal injury, nursing home, professional
negligence, products liability, and insurance and contract disputes,
among others. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in
dozens of jury trials throughout Florida, and has participated in
hundreds of mediations. For the first five years of his practice,
he represented primarily defendants and insurance carriers. For the
remainder of his trial pracitce he has represented exlusively plaintiffs.
Mr. Colling is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell and has lectured to
fellow attorneys on various civil litigation topics at seminars across
the state. Mr. Colling's background as an advocate for parties on
both sides has given him the experience and perspective necessary
to help those parties resolve disputes through the mediation process.
