PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Mr. Carmona is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator mediating
residential foreclosure, real estate, probate, and civil cases. Mr. Carmona
mediates homestead foreclosure cases in the Eleventh and Nineteenth Judicial
Circuit through the Collins Center for Public Policy. Mr. Carmona has practiced
law since 2000, with a focus on real estate law, probate and civil litigation.
Mr. Carmona has also represented lenders and homeowners in foreclosure cases.
His experience in representing both lenders and borrowers brings a unique
perspective and knowledge of the mortgage foreclosure system to help achieve
